Polo yaka tişörtlerin üretimi sırasında dikiş iğnelerinin neden olduğu yüksek maliyetli hasarları ortadan kaldıran, yüksek mukavemetli çok çeşitli ince dikiş iplikleri sunuyoruz.

Overlok ve reçme lüperleri için polyester kaplı ilikli dikiş ipliklerini öneririz. Ancak tekstürize polyesteri tercih ediyorsanız Gramax Tex 18'i öneririz.

Dikiş ipliği tüketimi yaklaşık 120 metredir. İstenen son ürün kalitesine göre alternatif dikiş ipliği tipleri kullanılabilir. İğne numarası, dikiş ipliği numarasına göre seçilir.

SORUMLULUK REDDİ BEYANI

Örme giysilerin dikilmesi sırasında iğnenin kumaşa zarar vermesini önlemek için genellikle yuvarlak uçlu iğneler önerilir.

Dikiş ipliği için iki Tex numarası önerildiğinde, dikiş işleminin gerektirdiklerine, dikişin üzerine gelecek yük miktarına ve dikilmekte olan kumaşın tipine ve ağırlığına göre seçim yapılır.
