A clever guiding line indicates the distance from the spiral needed to ensure the normal slider running, making sewing easier.
Constant clearance of at least 2mm from the top to the bottom of the zip should be kept in order to allow the slider smooth passage along the full length of the zip. Extra care should also be taken at cross-seam positions where the thickness of fabric / leather multilayer gives additional weight and creates slider running problems.

OSTRZEŻENIE
Spiralne zamki błyskawiczne są zwykle wykonane z poliestru lub poliamidu (nylonu). W przypadku spodni męskich, gdzie zazwyczaj używana jest taśma zamkowa z rolki, lepszym rozwiązaniem będzie spirala wykonania z poliamidu, ze względu na wysoko elastyczne właściwości spirali i jej lepsze dostosowanie się do produktu. Zamki ze spiralą poliestrową lepiej sprawdzą się przy produkcji gotowych zamków błyskawicznych, produkowanych na daną długość.
