Coats Gral for Apparel is ideal for use in the manufacture of apparel items which require neat, unobtrusive stitching. A unique stabilising process results in an extremely even stitch balance. The soft finish with superior low friction lubrication reduces the effects of needle heat and abrasion.
In the finer sizes used for blind stitching and hemming, Coats Gral for Apparel is semi-transparent and blends into the fabric colour, reducing the frequency of thread changes.
It is engineered for sewing at the highest speeds. Coats Gral for Apparel has a high level of colour fastness even in demanding washing conditions.
Coats Gral for Apparel is certified to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, CLASS I, the most stringent class covering textile items for babies and toddlers. It also meets our Coats restricted substance list.
