Coats Group plc, the world’s leading manufacturer of thread and structural components for apparel and footwear and an innovative pioneer in performance materials, partners with Great Place To Work®, the number one authority on workplace culture, to further enhance its commitment to the wellbeing of over 15,000 employees worldwide. At the heart of Coats’ wellbeing commitment is its Energy4Performance (E4P) programme. E4P is structured around four key energy zones: Physical, Mental, Social, and Emotional. This comprehensive framework is designed to support employees in performing better both at home and in the workplace. In 2023, Coats rolled out more than 150 programmes across its global operations, including yoga lessons, mental health training, and football matches, all tailored to meet the local needs of its diverse workforce.
