The default width of the reflective part is 5mm. We can produce bands in different widths between 2mm and 7mm, on request.

Before proceeding to bulk production, Coats recommends that you run tests and production trials on all zip uses/applications in order to verify that the product meets the end user requirements as well as the demands of internal processing conditions.
All zips with retro-reflective bands must be handled with utmost care:
- Do not dry clean
- Wash at temperatures not exceeding 40°C
- Do not tumble dry or bleach
- Do not iron on the reflective bands
- Keep away from heat sources
- Hand cleaning is acceptable
