Interchangeable zips
Special production systems ensures exact length and teeth count in order to fit any zip half perfectly without distortion.
Interchangeable zips are required when an open end zip is separated and it cannot be guaranteed that the original two zip halves will return back together.
Standard spiral zips are not 100% interchangeable.;

Disclaimer
A mattress with interchangeable zips can be connected alternatively between different covers, for example a summer / winter cover. The exchangeability makes it possible to assemble the different zip halves together.
Interchangeable zips on covers are well suited to hospital beds, where laundry is done on a daily basis. The cover is washable as half the cover fits into 2.5kg standard washing machine.
Coats has developed a special production method that ensures interchangeable for S-technology products.
