High strength polyester thread for demanding textile products
Ultra Dee sewing thread has 20 – 33% higher retained strength compared with other standard lubricated sewing threads leading to less seam breaks. It is specifically designed for demanding applications to deliver superior sewing performance for maximum productivity and excellent seam quality. Ultra Dee has strong ply-adhesion leading to a more defined stitch and superior seam appearance.
It has an innovative bonding technology that safeguards against ply untwisting during the most demanding of sewing applications, so no opening of plies with resultant broken or skipped stitches.
It is available in a range of vibrant colours to suit your needs. In addition, special finishes are available such as anti-wick, high lubrication and flame retardant.
