Webflex HEN
High elongation yarn for high performance tyre fabrics
Special elongation settings in Webflex HEN yarn enables the tyre to be formed to precise dimensions and shape. The unique yarn spinning process also allows the fabric weaving process to operate at speeds in excess of 750ppm with minimal stops.
In addition, the special cotton creates heat protection for the nylon core as it goes through the tyre fabric dipping process. It has very low fly / dust resulting in minimal requirement for room cleaning. Webflex HEN is available in two sizes, R04425 is the same product as R04420, but with a 15% yield advantage.
