World leading industrial thread and consumer textile crafts business Coats plc is rolling out two new products targeted at the sports footwear and apparel industry - Coats Opti S Gym zips and Coats Eloflex sewing thread.
Coats Opti S Gym zips use a clever auto-lock clip-down slider and puller - eliminating the problem of dangling zip pullers that can cause irritation during exercise.
Coats Eloflex is a revolutionary sewing thread, high in elasticity and tenacity, making it perfect for use in the seams of garments with high points of strain such as sportswear, leotards and gym wear, as well as the neck linings of knitwear; swimwear, underwear and stretch denim. The thread’s high stretch properties, strength and durability significantly reduce the risk of seams splitting and tearing.
