The mercerizing process also gives the thread a high affinity to the dyestuffs used in post dyeing, making it an ideal choice for sewing mercerized 100% cotton garments. food filters in addition to general sewing applications. It is biodegradable, highly absorbent and static resistant.
Admiral has excellent needle heat resistance and good loop formation to improve suability. In addition it has a low-level wax finish to prevent lube transfer and scours off easily for garment overdyed.
