Coats Footwear announced that its two French operating entities, Rhenoflex France and Texon France are merging to create a new combined business that will be known as Coats Footwear France.
Effective from July 1, 2024, this change is a key final step in the creation of Coats Footwear France, underscoring Coats’ ongoing commitment to enhancing its products and services.
While the creation of Coats Footwear France is predominantly a legal change, there will be clear benefits for the company’s customers, suppliers and partners.
With associates now working for a single business entity, Coats Footwear France will be able to:
