Pharr HP

In November 2019, Coats, the world’s leading industrial thread company, has signed a binding agreement to acquire the business and assets of Pharr HP, a market leading manufacturer of high-performance engineered yarns based in McAdenville, North Carolina, US.

ThreadSol

In December 2018, Coats acquired ThreadSol, an innovative technology pioneer that offers software solutions for garment manufacturers and brands to help improve costs and increase productivity.

Patrick Yarn Mills

In December 2017 Coats acquired Patrick Yarn Mill (PYM), a manufacturer of high-performance engineered yarns based in North Carolina, US.

Fast React

Fact React was acquired by Coats in June 2016, it is a global provider of software solutions for the fashion industry, from specialist planning and tracking solutions to wider business applications.

Gotex

In June 2016 Coats acquired Gotex, a Spanish company that designs, manufactures and sells a range of innovative, high performance industrial textiles to serve industries such as telecommunications (fibre optic cables), energy and oil and gas.

GSD

GSD was acquired by Coats in 2015 and is a UK based company supplying expert management solutions that analyse time, cost and production capability in the sewn products sector with the focus on maximising productivity and controlling costs.
