Furniture upholstery

When manufacturing upholstered furniture, sewing operations are performed at extraordinarily high turning speeds. To combat this, our threads are resistant to extreme needle heat and abrasion generated either while sewing long seams through multiple layers of fabric or various thicknesses of leather.

Additionally, our unique bond chemistry of our fine denier threads eliminates fraying problems, reduces seam pucker around stitch corners and prevents cutting of fine leathers. For decorative sewing, Gral or Terko Satin may be used.
