Rajiv became Group Chief Executive on 1 January 2017 having joined Coats in November, 2010 as Global CEO, Industrial and the Board of Coats Group plc in December, 2014.
He is responsible for executive management of the Group as a whole, delivering strategic and commercial objectives within the Board’s stated risk appetite. Rajiv builds positive relationships with all the Group’s stakeholders.
Prior to Coats, Rajiv has worked at Shell, GE, Honeywell and SAAB. His experience spans sales, marketing, M&A, business development, operations and general management across the world.
