This statement has been prepared for the year ending 31 December 2023 and is in accordance with the requirements of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, taking into account UK Government guidance1, and the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010.

This statement has been approved by the Coats Group plc Board of Directors on 22 May 2024 and is applicable to all Coats business units and subsidiary companies.
