Erkek spor polo yaka tişörtler için dikiş ipliği tüketimi yaklaşık 150 metredir. Kadın spor polo yaka tişörtler için 120 metredir. Çocuk spor polo yaka tişörtler için 90 metredir. İstenen son ürün kalitesine göre alternatif dikiş ipliği tipleri kullanılabilir. İğne numarası, dikiş ipliği numarasına göre seçilir.

SORUMLULUK REDDİ BEYANI

Tabloda verilen öneriler tüm dikiş tipleri için geçerlidir. Karyoka için kullanılacak iplik türü, dikişin nasıl görünmesi gerektiğine bağlıdır. Popüler karyoka dikiş ipliklerinden bazıları şunlardır: Gramax, Epic ve Sylko.

Örme giysilerin dikilmesi sırasında iğnenin kumaşa zarar vermesini önlemek için genellikle yuvarlak uçlu iğneler önerilir.

Dikiş ipliği için iki Tex numarası önerildiğinde, dikiş işleminin gerektirdiklerine, dikişin üzerine gelecek yük miktarına ve dikilmekte olan kumaşın tipine ve ağırlığına göre seçim yapılır.

Yukarıdaki tabloda overlok ve reçme lüperleri için Epic Tex 24 ya da 30 seçilmiştir. Fakat bazen üreticiler bu işlem için tekstürize polyester dikiş ipliği kullanmayı tercih edebilir.
Bu durumda Gramax Tex 18'in kullanılmasını öneririz.

Yukarıdaki dikiş ipliği önerileri, kaliteli dikişlere sahip giysilerin üretilmesine yardımcı olmak amacıyla verilmiştir. Aynı cins giysiler kumaş malzemesi ve yapısı bakımından farklılık gösterir. Benzer şekilde, üretim yöntemleri ve üretim sonrası işlemler de büyük ölçüde değişiklik gösterebilir. Bu nedenle, bu öneriler, dikiş ipliği seçimi için sadece iyi bir başlangıç noktası olarak görülmelidir.
