Hırkalar

Yüksek mukavemet ve uzama özelliklerine sahip, örme hırkalar için rahatlık sunan çeşitli dikiş ipliklerimiz mevcuttur.

Örme hırka üretimi için polyester ilikli dikiş ipliği önerilir; ancak parlaklık gerekmediğinde polyester/pamuk dikiş ipliği ile değiştirilebilir.

Overlok, zincir dikiş ve reçme işlemlerinde daha fazla örtücülük gerekiyorsa alt ipliğin yerine Gramax kullanılabilir.

Dikiş ipliği tüketimi yaklaşık 80 metredir. İstenen son ürün kalitesine göre alternatif dikiş ipliği tipleri kullanılabilir. İğne numarası, dikiş ipliği numarasına göre seçilir.

Overlok, zincir dikiş ve reçme işlemlerinde daha fazla örtücülük gerekiyorsa alt ipliğin yerine Gramax kullanılabilir.

Yukarıdaki dikiş ipliği önerileri, kaliteli dikişlere sahip giysilerin üretilmesine yardımcı olmak amacıyla verilmiştir. Aynı cins giysiler kumaş malzemesi ve yapısı bakımından farklılık gösterir. Benzer şekilde, üretim yöntemleri ve üretim sonrası işlemler de büyük ölçüde değişiklik gösterebilir. Bu nedenle, bu öneriler, dikiş ipliği seçimi için sadece iyi bir başlangıç noktası olarak görülmelidir.

Örme giysiler iki farklı gruba ayrılır:

Bazen yünlü ya da pamuklu giysilerde, kesimli ve dikişli (Cut & Sew) örme giysiler için Epic polyester ilikli dikiş ipliğinin parlaklığına sahip olmayan bir dikiş ipliğinin kullanılması gerekebilir.

Bu durumda Epic yerine, verilen Tex numarasına uygun kalınlıkta Dual Duty polyester/pamuk dikiş ipliği kullanılabilir.
