The First of many such sessions was on – “Tailor Workplace Yoga for body wellness” by a certified Yoga instructor Yogacharya Naresh Pathak.
The session helped the tailors deal with issues like neck and back pain, right posture for their job, eye care etc.
Second session was on, “How to upcycle fabric waste/ cut pieces” by a design expert.
The session helped the tailors with suggestions about different items they can create using waste fabric.
