we’ve proudly marked International Women’s Day (IWD) by organising meaningful events and campaigns across our company.

Since 2016, Coats has been actively participating in IWD campaigns, where we come together as one cohesive unit to honour the remarkable achievements of women globally. It’s not merely a date on our calendar; it’s a testament to our dedication to fostering gender diversity and equality within our organisation and beyond.

In 2022, we proudly launched ‘Coats for Her,’ a female empowerment program aimed at nurturing and advancing women in the workplace. With ambitious targets to increase the representation of women by 40% in senior leadership positions by 2030, Coats for Her encompasses five key initiatives designed to encourage more women to consider careers with us and support the growth and development of our female talent.
