- Es bietet einzigartige Eigenschaften wie hohe Zugfestigkeit und einen hohen Elastizitätsmodul, kombiniert mit Schnittfestigkeit.
- Coats Helios S hat eine niedrige Dichte - weniger als 1 Gramm pro Kubikzentimeter, so dass es auf dem Wasser schwimmt - und damit ein sehr gutes Verhältnis von Festigkeit zu Gewicht.
- Es ist extrem abriebfest und dennoch weich und langlebig.
